1.  Gaming Society is now just on Thursdays.  Tuesdays wasn't getting enough turnout to justify it being held.

2.  I've submitted a preliminary budget to the Student Union.

Nintendo Wii console w/ Wii Sports
Nintendo Wii remote
Nintendo Wii nunchuk
Red Steel
Guitar Hero 2 w/ SG Guitar
Keyboard cable

The total comes to around £280.  This is not a final list and is subject to change.  For example, Guitar Hero 2 and Red Steel may be replaced if demand is drummed up for an alternative.

Update 21/11/06: The budget has been approved.

Good decision Chris, hopefully people will be more focused in on that session now. Something needed to be done to help prevent the GS from dying. Yes some people may miss out now but I think it could work out for the best.

Ryan you never went anyway so stop moaning.

I'm curious as to whom the third person is.  You can't lose something that wasn't there.

I'm hoping that the Wii will be that something that prevents the death of GS.  I'm not so sure myself, but other people think it will wiilly help.

By the way has anyone found out what is causing all the stuttering on the gaming PCs, i get the feeling that it is to do with the driver, somehow it is not installed properly.
